Ontario Aerospace Mission to Avalon Australian International Airshow, March 17 – March 28, 2025

The Government of Ontario, in partnership with the Trade Commissioner Service in Australia and New Zealand and the Ontario Aerospace Council, is organizing an aerospace export mission to the 2025 Avalon Australian International Airshow in Geelong (Avalon), Australia with a roadshow in the week prior to Avalon in Wellington, New Zealand; Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne in Australia.

Companies with applications for the aerospace and defence sectors including specialized civil aviation, aerospace and defence manufacturers and suppliers, maintenance repair and overhaul, Information and Communications Technologies (i.e. cybersecurity), and infrastructure are invited to submit your application by September 13, 2024.

The Canadian Trade Commissioner Service in Australia is hosting a market briefing webinar series focused on the Australian market. We are excited to invite you to join us for this informative session. The webinar will cover topics including:

  • A dedicated questions and answers (Q&A) session for your questions

This will be an annual webinar designed to showcase the market potential in Australia, address challenges, and offer sector-specific information.

The Avalon Australian International Airshow is a global business, defense and aviation event, attracting senior aerospace, defense and civil aviation industry members, military and government decision-makers from around the world. Participation Options & Fees
Participation Options:

  • Option 1: Avalon Exhibition (including B2B program) + Roadshow
  • Option 2: Roadshow Only (up to two Avalon tickets included)

Participation Fees: (estimated range, subject to change, fee will be confirmed in mid Sep)

  • Option 1: $3,500-$4,000 per company
  • Option 2: $800 – $1,000 per company

  • Option 1 application may close early due to space limitation. Application is taken on a “First come, First Served” basis.
  • Priority for exhibition pod selection and logistics arrangement with capacity limitation (i.e. Avalon shuttle) are decided by the date and time when registration/payment is completed
