PROXY VOTE
As a member, you have the right to appoint a proxy if you are not able to attend in person.

The undersigned would like to be represented by proxy (power of attorney). Please note that s. 3.09 of By-Law No. 1: Conduct of Internal Affairs, states that a member may appoint a proxy (who need not be a member of the Corporation) in order to attend the meeting and to act in the manner and within the limits of the mandate granted by the proxy. Such an instrument must be in writing and signed by the mandatory (i.e. the member granting the proxy). Members wishing to grant a general proxy for business to be conducted at the meeting are therefore urged to state specifically in writing that the individual named as proxy is entitled to vote for, against, or to abstain from voting in respect of any matter properly brought before the meeting and generally to exercise all powers such individual has as a member at such meeting.
