When dealing with China, so often in business one cannot separate private from public. Keeping the pulse of top-level leadership, major policies out of Beijing, and long-term regional implementation are key to planning, budgeting and strategizing in this market. Any organization, from global MNCs to small consulting firms, needs to have a firm grasp of these concepts, and CCBC’s Practical Tools Webinar on Chinese elite politics will provide core competencies in these areas. On June 18, Plenum China, an up-and-coming China-watching firm, and CCBC presented a one-hour crash course on the latest out of Zhong Nan Hai, including elite politician profiles, the results of the Two Sessions, and predictions for next year’s newest Five-Year Plan.
