On March 19, 2024, CCBC and Tmall Global held a seminar in downtown Vancouver. Participants uncovered invaluable insights on expanding their brand in the Chinese e-commerce market, leveraging the robust ecosystem provided by Tmall Global. The event was especially beneficial for companies involved in health products, as experts from the Tmall Global Health Category Team, from Alibaba headquarters in Hangzhou, China, were available to share their insights.

 

Expert speakers covered key topics such as navigating the Chinese e-commerce landscape, with a particular focus on the health product market industry in China, and strategies for successful collaboration with Tmall Global. Additionally, the critical importance of safeguarding IP rights on e-commerce platforms while expanding internationally was addressed, providing attendees with essential insights on how best to protect their brand. Attendees had the opportunity to take part in B2B meetings with the Tmall Global team in the afternoon, alongside service providers that could assist with their China e-commerce growth. These curated meetings offered unparalleled opportunities for networking and collaboration within the Tmall Global ecosystem.
