CCBC’s Canada Day Gala Dinner welcomed almost 190 different companies to celebrate and dine on Canadian food and wine. The Honourable Bardish Chagger, former Minister of Small Business and Tourism, was the Keynote Speaker, and the Honourable John McCallum, Ambassador of Canada to the People’s Republic of China gave the opening remarks. Also in attendance was a Canadian delegation of over 70 representatives from the tourism industry to promote the full range of destinations across Canada. The evening’s entertainment included performances by The Hot Club of Beijing and Tami Neilson.
