CCBC Seminar: Digital Transformation in Service Companies

Mar 30, 2021CCBC Past Events

In an increasingly fast and automated world, companies benefit from exploring digital technologies to optimize their competitive advantage. For service companies such as accounting firms, law firms, insurance companies, real estate companies, and research groups, turning to digital technologies and work tools can lead to:

  • Reduction of operating costs,
  • Optimization of working hours,
  • Improving the customer experience,
  • Better validation of the quality of services,
  • and more.

On March 30, Philippe Jeanneau, Director of the CCBC Quebec and Prairies Chapters, moderated an online session with industry experts Bing WU, Executive Director, Inossem Canada; Marc Bélanger, Associate, DS Avocats; and Steve Mfasoni, Senior Director at CIBC, Treasury Management, who shared the benefits of digital transformation in service companies, and discussed the technical, legal and financial aspects of such transformations. The presentation was delivered in French, and was free of charge to CCBC members and non-members.
