Yukon Zinc Corporation is a mining, exploration, and development company based in Vancouver, Canada, whose controlling shareholder is China Jinduicheng Molybdenum Group Co. Ltd. Yukon Zinc Corporation has an operating mine, Wolverine Project, in the Yukon Territory in northwestern Canada, and has mining reserves and resources in the Finlayson and Rancheria Districts of the Yukon Territory as well. Yukon Zinc has taken the Wolverine Mine from exploration through development into operation. It is the first China state controlled base metal company that has a successful operating mine in North America. From 2008 to 2011, total investment on the Yukon Zinc Wolverine project is over 500 million Canadian dollars.

MOU – Yukon Zinc and CAMCE
加拿大育空锌矿有限公司（育空锌）与中国国际工程股份有限公司（中工国际）于2012年2月9日在北京签署战略合作备忘录。中工国际将运用其在国际工程承包及项目融资业务方面的丰富经验，协同开发和建设育空锌在加拿大育空地区的银锌矿项目和该地区其他可勘探矿业项目。
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is planned to be signed on February 9th, 2012 between Yukon Zinc Corporation (YZC) and China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (CAMCE) in Beijing China. YZC and CAMCE will work together on a cooperative basis in connection with further development of Yukon Zinc Projects and expanding Canadian business of CAMCE.

(“CAMCE”), a joint stock limited company incorporation under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”), has rich experiences in global project construction and financing, and actively seeking strategic growth investments and business alliances out of the PRC, in particularly, in mining investment in North America.
