CCBC held a Lunar New Year cocktail reception on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, in Montreal with CHEN Xueming, Consul General of China in Montreal and Luc Rabouin, City of Montreal Executive Committee Member in charge of economic development.

Mr. Chen discussed Canada-China trade and investment with emphasis on Montreal and the province as a whole. Mr. Rabouin provided insight into the 2020 outlook for Canada-China bilateral business relations under the new government and its impact on Canadian companies.

To celebrate the Lunar New Year, the networking cocktail reception featured a high-end Chinese liquor courtesy of Langjiu, and a festive draw offering prizes and gifts.
