The Canada China Business Council’s 47th Annual General Meeting and Business Forum took place in Beijing on November 3, 2025, marking another successful edition of CCBC’s flagship event. For nearly five decades, the AGM has been a cornerstone of Canada–China business engagement, bringing together nearly 500 business leaders, officials and distinguished guests from both countries to strengthen dialogue and advance practical cooperation.

This year’s program coincided with visiting Canadian delegations and included participation from all levels of government, creating valuable opportunities for members to connect directly with policymakers and business counterparts. In a competitive global landscape where many countries are deepening their economic ties with China, the CCBC AGM continues to serve as an essential platform for promoting Canadian expertise, advancing trade and investment priorities, and reinforcing long-standing bilateral relationships.
