Sean is Managing Partner at Plenum, where he oversees the company’s overall business and product strategy. Previously, Sean worked at the World Bank’s Finance, Competitiveness and Innovation global practice, and served as former U.S. President Jimmy Carter’s assistant on China for six years at The Carter Center. Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Arabic and foreign service from Beijing Foreign Studies University and an MBA from Emory University.

FENG Chucheng

Partner and Lead Political Analyst at Plenum

Chucheng is a Partner and Lead Political Analyst at Plenum, where he oversees and conducts research on China’s political and policy developments. Previously, he worked at Blackpeak and Eurasia Group, where he advised global investors and corporations on Chinese politics’ impact to their businesses. Chucheng holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree in political science from Columbia University.
