China Sector Opportunities from a Local Perspective

5 月 26, 2022CCBC活动回顾

On May 26, 2022, CCBC held a members-only discussion featuring representatives from the Chinese Embassy in Ottawa and Chinese firms operating in Canada. Following March’s “Two Sessions,” what are the latest updates, opportunities, and risks for Canadian businesses operating in China? Attendees joined us for policy updates on trade and investment, energy and technology, and culture, along with industry perspectives on new energy, inspection/certification of Canadian exports to China. A networking and Q&A session allowed members to make connections with embassy officials in a number of sectors, strengthening an important tool in their “China Toolbox.”
