CCBC’s China Chapters successfully organized Canada-China Business Development Roadshow legs in Shenzhen on December 2 and Guangzhou on December 4. More than 100 business executives attended each event, including 10 Canadian corporations that promoted products and services from Canada to a focused and prequalified audience. The Canadian Consulate General in Guangzhou delivered opening remarks on tourism, trade and investment opportunities in Canada at both events.

The Roadshow is designed to connect Canadian businesses with potential channel partners and investors in second- and third-tier cities, where China’s economic growth is being driven. These seminars were presented in partnership with the Canadian Consulate General in Guangzhou, with support from CanExport Associations.
