Summer All-Chamber Welcome Back Networking 2017
CCBC’s Beijing Chamber of Commerce partnered with 19 other Chambers in Beijing for one of the largest networking events of the year with more than 500 guests.

Business Luncheon with LU Shaye, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Canada and Sarah Hoffman, Deputy Premier of Alberta and Minister of Health
LU Shaye, the newly-appointed Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Canada, was the keynote speaker and Sarah Hoffman, Deputy Premier of Alberta and Minister of Health, welcomed Mr. LU to Calgary at a CCBC business luncheon on Thursday, May 18, 2017.
CCBC Investment Roadshow in Qingdao, Tianjin, and Langfang
The CCBC Investment Roadshow continued in three northern cities of China: Qingdao, Tianjin, and Langfang (with an additional event in Hebei to attend the Canada-China Clean Technologies Forum), and focused on opportunities related to environmental technologies and services. With the growth of wealth and business opportunities in second and third tier cities in China, these events offered an opportunity to explore partnerships with local companies and entrepreneurs based in those regions who are looking to invest abroad to build their international presence, or to bring in new technologies to China to improve environmental standards.
