CCBC held a Lunar New Year cocktail reception on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, in Vancouver with TONG Xiaoling, Consul General of the PRC in Vancouver, and David Fung, Vice Chair of CCBC.

Ontario members had an exclusive luncheon with Chinese Ambassador to Canada CONG Peiwu on December 17, 2019, in Toronto. During the luncheon, the Ambassador spoke about the current Canada-China bilateral trade relationship.

CCBC completed the third set of the 2019 Canada-China Business Development Roadshow in Xi’an and Chengdu. The events promoted Canada as a premium investment destination, as well as highlighting Canadian exports and tourist destinations.

The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Beijing hosted over 160 friends and family members at its annual Canadian Christmas party on December 7, 2019.
