On September 9, 2026, the Canada China Business Council (CCBC) was pleased to collaborate with the Canadian Embassy on a discussion bringing together CCBC members and Corey Hogan, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, for an exchange on Canada–China economic and commercial relations.
The discussion focused on energy, natural resources and investment, including the experiences of Canadian businesses operating in China and evolving opportunities for two-way investment and commercial cooperation.
Participants shared perspectives on the business environment and their operations in China, including developments and practical considerations across their respective industries.
