For service companies such as accounting firms, law firms, insurance companies, real estate companies, and research groups, turning to digital technologies and work tools can lead to:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduction of operating costs,<\/li>\n<li>Optimization of working hours,<\/li>\n<li>Improving the customer experience,<\/li>\n<li>Better validation of the quality of services,<\/li>\n<li>and more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On March 30, Philippe Jeanneau, Director of the CCBC Quebec and Prairies Chapters, moderated an online session with industry experts Bing WU, Executive Director, Inossem Canada; Marc B\u00e9langer, Associate, DS Avocats; and Steve Mfasoni, Senior Director at CIBC, Treasury Management, who shared the benefits of digital transformation in service companies, and discussed the technical, legal and financial aspects of such transformations.
