CCBC held its first information session of the new year on January 21, 2021, in Beijing. Guest speaker Dan Wang, technology analyst at Gavekal Dragonomics, presented on the impact of US regulatory actions on Chinese technology companies, and how they’re spurring the Chinese government’s intensifying focus on science and technology. He also discussed the broader state of US-China decoupling, especially on supply chains.<\/p>\n
