DESCRIPTION:Canada’s agri-food sector is a vital pillar of the national economy\, contributing $143.8 billion annually—around 7% of GDP. China remains one of Canada’s most important and strategic export markets. As global competition intensifies and market access challenges persist\, it is critical for Canadian agri-food exporters to strengthen their presence and partnerships in China. \nWe are entering a new era of opportunity\, marked by renewed momentum in Canada-China relations.
