Callan hails from the United Kingdom, having grown up in Edinburgh, Scotland, where he was involved in business consulting at the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce. Callan has also been Chairman of several non-governmental charitable entities, as well as serving a period as General Manager of a United Nations infrastructure company during the Bosnian War 1992- 1995. Callan is a business specialist with significant private and public-sector experience in strategic and business planning, human resource management and corporate services.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With over 25 years\u2019 experience in management and consulting, Callan has been instrumental in assisting firms from Australia, Canada, UK and USA to develop a presence in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Carl Breau is a Canadian engineer and CEO of companies Nummax and Saimen, and Associate at Creative Destruction Lab. He is also a Professional Board Member for many companies. <\/span>Carl is an recipient of the Medal of Exceptional Achievement from the Canadian Council of Engineers. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Nummax, who also owns Libertevision and the brand Onvision, is the largest LED display manufacturer in Canada. Saimen is the largest Canadian-owned OEM factory in China. It does technical procurement, product engineering and product assembly. Its licenses are for electronics and electromechanical devices.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Carl is a frequent speaker and university lecturer on the topic of Technology Management, and a guest lecturer and MBA program mentor at CEIBS in Shanghai. He<\/span>\u00a0holds a master\u2019s degree in engineering from Polytechnique Montreal, and has a Board Member Certification from UCLA.<\/span> He also holds a Certificate in Higher Education Teaching from Harvard University.\u00a0<\/span>He spends his time mostly between Montreal, Cambridge and Shanghai.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to joining CCBC, Jeff worked in establishment and operation management at a Sino-Foreign joint venture company and in strategic partnership management at a Fortune 500 multinational company. He also led and assisted a number of Canadian companies and educational institutions into China where he was responsible for strategic partnerships and branding establishment.<\/p>\n
